Reflexology
Reflexology helps to create a healthy harmonious state within the body and stimulates the body's natural self-healing abilities. It is very relaxing and benefits the mind and body on many levels.
A reflexology treatment consists of the application of specific pressure to areas on the feet which correspond to parts, organs, and systems of the body via nerve and energy pathways that link throughout the body.
Massage
There are numerous benefits to be achieved through regular massage therapy treatments. Whether your need is for relaxation, stress and tension relief, reduced muscle tension, or to attain relief from chronic pain, a massage tailored to your individual requirements can enhance your overall emotional and physical well-being.
Auriculotherapy
Auriculotherapy is known for being beneficial for physical, mental, and emotional health. It can be used as a treatment on it's own, or combined with other therapies.
Auriculotherapy is also known as ear reflexology or, ear acupressure or acupuncture. There are hundreds of points on the ear that represent a micro-system of the whole body. The stimulation of points affects the corresponding areas of the body or psyche.
Myofascial Release Therapy
Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) treats muscle pain and tightness by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stretching and lengthening the fascia, allowing the muscles to return to their healthier length and function. 'Myo-' means muscle, '-fascia' means the connective tissue that covers the muscles.
MFR is a form of massage that involves applying targeted and sustained pressure into myofascial connective tissue restrictions to relieve pain and restore natural motion.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling, also known as Trigger Point Needling or Ashi Point Acupuncture, is used to help relieve muscle pain and stiffness, and improve flexibility and range of motion.Â
Dry Needling involves the use of fine acupuncture needles inserted into myofascial trigger points. It works by releasing muscular tightness, improving blood and energy flow, and stimulating the release of endorphins. It is used in combination with massage techniques for maximum effectiveness.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy in the medicinal sense is a holistic healing therapy that is beneficial for a vast variety of conditions, most commonly mental and emotional, but it can also be very effective for physical conditions.
Aromatherapy treatments incorporate aromatic essential oils that are selected for their therapeutic properties to promote well-being by improving physical, mental and emotional health. The most common and well-known application of essential oils is by aromatherapy massage, benefiting the client via both inhalation and topical application.
