Auriculotherapy is known for being beneficial for physical, mental, and emotional health. It can be used as a treatment on it's own, or combined with other therapies. Auriculotherapy is also known as ear reflexology or, ear acupressure or acupuncture. There are hundreds of points on the ear that represent a micro-system of the whole body. The stimulation of points affects the corresponding areas of the body or psyche.
