Service Description

Dry Needling, also known as Trigger Point Needling or Ashi Point Acupuncture, is used to help relieve muscle pain and stiffness, and improve flexibility and range of motion.  Dry Needling involves the use of fine acupuncture needles inserted into myofascial trigger points. It works by releasing muscular tightness, improving blood and energy flow, and stimulating the release of endorphins. It is used in combination with massage techniques for maximum effectiveness.
